Insurance is not an expense.

One of the common objections when we talk about life insurance or any kind of insurance would be money. “Wala pa akong pera ngayon” or “Saka na, wala pa sa budget ko” are the usual responses you would hear. This kind of responses are typical given the fact that most don’t fully understand the benefits of insurance or just uninformed.

In reality, insurance doesn’t take away money from you but guarantees you money. If the unfortunate happens, your family will receive money which is more than the cost of your insurance. They will receive money that you haven’t earned yet which is your clear advantage.

Another familiar statement would be “Kung wala nangyari sakin d sayang lang binayad ko.”. Insurance guarantees protection for a certain period of time. It’s just like paying for your jeepney fare or bus fare. Will you ask the driver to give your money back since you arrived to your destination? Same principle applies to insurance.

Getting insurance gives you a clear advantage. You live a worry free life and you are assured that your legacy would continue long after you are gone.
